07/30/08 Flash back nightmare

I was in the basement on the computer. My boy friend was with me with a few of his friends. I don't recall the whole thing. What I do remember. Is a tape like, or rope that was attatched to my boyfriend and I that I was attatched to the both of us that I was trying to remove that I began the hallucination. I felt the tightness wrap around me. I felt suffocation. I sensed that I was in my room somewhat like I was in my bed or on it or in a room trying to get to the edge but the further I got to the edge the further I felt heat and it was more difficult for me to breathe. I kept trying to wake myself up. I could not hear myself there was too much muffled under my breath. I finally woke up and I'm going to try and go lay back down.
