Level of Lucidity (1-10): 8 | Dream Signs: wolves, shapeshifting, speaking another language, | Mood: Amazed
I had this dream sometime around the end of September I believe. It's stuck with me because of how amazing I felt during and after waking.
I don't remember much of the first part of the dream, except that I was
working my way through this like, cave/tomb or something and I had to
get past a bunch of weird monster things. After I got away from them
though I found these coin things and I knew I was the only one who
could stop them from being the destruction of, well, everything. I
remember cutting the palm of my hand and speaking in some weird
language. I managed to 'save' the world or the tomb or whatever.
After that I remember going into some like, building, and there were
other people there. I kept feeling like they were normal people, but I
was something more. Like in Blood and Chocolate, I knew I was
loup-garoux, but I was alone, I didn't know any other and I had no
pack. I pulled aside this elderly woman, who clearly knew I was
different and I told her of my problem. I asked her if there were any
loup-garoux in the area, and she told me there were no females in the
area, or something to that accord.
Happy that there were others in the area, I left because I couldn't
stand to be 'caged' up in the building anymore. When I went outside, I
was in a beautiful forest with old trees all around.
I then saw these wolves (I believe there were 3-4 of them) running
towards me. I knew I didn't need to be afraid, because I was one of
them. I could feel my eyes flashing amber, signaling I was loup-garoux
as well. The wolves surrounded me and were all happy and welcoming.
They then shifted into men. I only remember that they had longer hair
in lighter brown shades. We all shifted into wolves and ran through the
forest, coming upon a clearing. I shifted back into human form and one
of the wolves (who had obviously shifted as well) handed me his long
leather jacket so I wasn't naked. I gladly put it on and noticed that
there were dead deer/cows in the clearing, but they were all lined up
in neat little rows/columns, kinda like a checkerboard, if that makes
sense.
There was something involving a rock and one of the wolves climbing it
and eating perhaps? I can't exactly remember what happened after that,
I believe things just sort of shifted to another place.
We were all lying on the ground together, tired from all our running.
They were in wolf form, and I'm almost certain I was in human form,
though it was never really made clear. I was laying with my head on one
of the wolf's flanks, with the rest crowded close around me.
I had such a strong feeling of belonging and happiness. It was like
everything in the world was perfect at that moment and that was where I
was meant to be. It's almost indescribable how I felt because it was
just so...perfect. Perfect isn't really the right word, but it's the
first word that comes to mind.
