Flash back nightmare part one

I had been at our lake house for 2 days. I headed to bed about 1030pm this thursday evening. I could over hear my mom, sister, and brother in law playing scrabble. I believe within a few hours I fell asleep after listening to my ipod which has all christian rock on it. In the beginning everything seemed fine. I saw myself at our lake house in the room I was sleeping in. I saw myself watching my family play scrabble. Then all of a sudden everything in the room close to the window started moving. I could feel the movement. I could feel myself struggle to get out of it. I could hear myself struggling to scream help me. I repeated it over and over. I remember I started saying out loud the Hail Mary prayer. I could hear myself continue to moan and scream until I felt hands on me. My sister woke me up and stated I was screaming. I was in a lot of anxiety. Mom thought I got too much sun out on the boat. She had me drink 2 glasses of water which made my chest pains ten times worse. I stayed up for about an hour. I then returned to bed still have chest pains. I slept till after 11am. The flash back didn't reoccur. I then tried to contact my pyschiatrist. I thought I had the flash back night mare due to coming off a morning dose of geodon.
