Flash back nightmare part two

I don't recall much from this reoccurence flash back nightmare. What I do remember is I was feeling the hallucination like I have felt in past flash back nightmares. My voice sounds muffled no one can hear me crying out for help. I had a song I was singing. I thought about writing it out, but I did not. I just remember the feeling of suffocation, seeing weird movement, and me screaming for help. I woke up in a great deal of anxiety. I called my boyfriend and he talked me through it.
