Carlos Casteneda first described lucid dreams - though he didn't call them that - in his books about experineces with Mexican shamans. He was taught to look at his hands in his dreams. I've tried that, but it's hard. The hands always go out of focus, the scene shifts, the dream moves on.
But I have had lucid dreams, regularly, and I'm fascinated by them.
When I become aware that I'm dreaming, I'm like a kid with a toy. Sometimes I fly, rarely I explore the world I'm in, most of the time I have sex with almost everyone I meet. Their hands resist my unbuttoning their blouses, and lifting their skirts, but that's all the resistance I get. Ok, so I've done that now. What else can you do in a dream?
I don't need tips in how to have a lucid dream, but I would like suggestions as to what to do with a dream I'm having. Reading is impossible, I don't believe in astral projection, since I'm moving through the world of the unconscious, there ought to be some problem I could work out or some creative activity I could do.
I just don't know what. And probably, my next lucid dream will be another orgy.
