Question about dreams i have

Hi im Genie , im new here and i have always had VERY lucid dreams, but one i keep having confuses me, in the dream i know im dreaming and my heart is pounding very hard but when i make my self wake up just moments later it is not pounding when im awake, am i simply dreaming that it is pounding?

It must be awesome to always have really lucid dreams! And as for your pounding heart, you're probably just noticing it more since you are asleep and not sensing the outer world.
