Hi folks :) Finally decided to seriously take dreaming in my hands :)

Hi,

I'm Venci, 19 y.o. boy. I love dreaming. I have had one lucid dream that i remember a few years back. I don't remember all of my dreams, but much more than the people around me. Only one time i have succeeded in reading something in a dream - it was a banknote of a strange currency, but the year on the banknote was "2037"... it was very strange. I haven't had a nightmare in a really long time and i wish to stay this way smile

A few weeks ago i had the strangest dream, i believe it's called "false awakening" - i was completely sure it wasn't a dream, and i believed it to be that way for almost an hour after i woke up. It was something like i'm getting up from bed, brushed my teeth, had a shower, went to the kitchen, made some breakfast and hand a quick chat with my mother, and then i went back to bed, cause it was Sunday. And i even remembered what we talked about. An hour later i got up again, and sometime after that i talked again with my mother, and she completely denied to have had that chat with me and she swore that i was asleep the whole time.

That was the time i decided to read more about all this, and the idea of lucid controlled dreaming fascinated me. I've been quite busy these week with my exams, and now I'm finally free, and that's the first thing i want to start with. I have read a lot about the topic, set a list of goals, starting with further mastering the ability of remembering dreams. I'm glad to be here with you, and hope to soon be able to share with you my amazing adventures in the dreaming world. smile

Do u have any advices? Any "must-read" books on lucid dreams? Does music (appropriate) helps the process? If yes could you suggest some that you've tried and worked.

smile
